This product may seem solid in the picture, but it was difficult to set up without a manual which I found ridiculous as you would expect a company to at least have the decency to include instructions on setting up on a potentially harmful instrument. I thought that I could somehow get the manual online, but no. This band saw seemed so obscure that the only searches that were turning up were results from Amazon. I then thought I could call their customer support and ask for a manual but that did not work either. I tried a total of seven times to call, but it always went to the company’s voicemail. I decided to just go on without the manual and try to figure everything out, and while that worked to a certain degree, I could not manage to get the saw to stay in place on both wheels even after applying all the tension possible. To be honest, I would stay from this as a first bandsaw. The price may look good, but it’s not what you want to spend your time dealing with if an error does turn up.
